If you have complete control over the applications, and if there aren't too many applications, creating the NDL files is not too difficult and a good solution. With our customers, there are three compelling reasons for CoexLinks. First is that they may third party commercial workflow programs which generate doclinks, and they would rather not throw out a $300,000 system which they cannot modify, for example. Second is that they may have a large number of applications, where even the analysis of which applications need to be modified may be prohibitive. Third is that they may want to handle a large organization in which many individuals may send doclinks without regard to where in the migration the recipient is, or whether that group or department has Notes or Outlook or something else.
Anyway, I appreciate the information. It confirms what I have heard, and what seems to be indicated by Microsoft technotes such as
this one which say that there is no support with Exchange 2000/2003 and Notes 6. They also suggest third party products, but don't list any.
